Candidates should have a good understanding of digital user behaviours, know how to write creative and engaging exercises and questions, and be passionate about the possibilities offered by social media.

Sensory Clientside Insight/Project Manager

Position is based in Switzerland

Our client, who has an international presence and is one of the leaders in the food flavour and fragrance industry, is currently seeking at Insight/Project Manager. Most of this role will be within their Flavors Division who creates flavors used to design new innovative products or to flavour a wide variety of existing products.

The main duties of the role will be to act as a knowledge manager and advisor for our client’s sensory program. This will include supporting regional teams on a number of sensory research projects, primarily for beverage clients. You will also work with regional teams on the best use/selection of sensory techniques and the use of other existing information sources. You will also look to improve usage of existing research tools and investigate the use of new techniques. New ideas may come from academia or other regional teams.

This post requires:
* Proven project management/team experience * Strong technical research skills such as study design and an understanding of analytical techniques skills * An excellent ability to communicate results
* Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a plus * Experience in sensory testing with a relevant degree
* A proven track record in similar roles where skills can be transferred
